- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The worst customer service I have experienced in my whole life. The doctor that saw me ( Dr Jean Ann Beaton) was the rudest medical professional I have ever come across. She wouldn't even let me finish my sentence, explain my symptoms or nothing. She was very condescending and disrespectful. She was so appalling that I seriously thought I was being pranked. I'm still enraged by the level of arrogance that doctor displayed. Absolute rude individual. I will never be going to Patient First to say the least. I would also like a refund of my co-pay.
