  I came here as a new patient . I was told by my insurrance it would be free when i saw the doc i asked hiw much the blood work would cost before it was rendered and how much the TDAP shot would cost me ... the doc avoided my question rushed on to talk about other things and before i could say no the nurse came in and the shot was administerd and blood was taken . I regret ever going here because of how i was rushed thru to just get the shot i was never told what TDAP was and now im being billed by hanover family physicians and by lab corp. I called today to hanover family physycians and was asked by the location manager " when was the last time you saw a doctor " as if i was unschooled on how things work and when i atempted to answer he kept interupting me so rudely. I was eventually left with silence on the phone and told to " have a nice day". To me i felt taken advantage of and rushed through a process to just be billed and gotten out of there.... not professional, i wish i could have paid the day services were rendered or atleat had some co operation to let me know how much i could expect to pay.
