- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been coming here for years. Heck, two of my primary care physicians retired from this location. Setting up an appointment by phone is still a chore of waiting upwards of 10+ minutes regardless of time of day. The front desk 'ladies'... not sure if any qualifications are needed besides quasi attractive appearance and questionable (at times) attire. They are friendly to few and rude to most. Considering they are the 'face' of Cold Harbor, I am surprised it is still in business. Then again, pickings are slim in the Cold Harbor area. Currently sitting in waiting room for 'another' physician now. Here's hoping they and their staff are friendly and helpful. Fingers Crossed.September 08, 2017by Terry Donaldson
