- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had an appointment scheduled for September 29. I called the office, on September 27, to confirm my appointment. I was put on hold & then told they had just received a memo from their billing office saying they no longer accepted my insurance. The office staff is rude & incompetent.
